Check-in and out

Our standard check-in time is 12 noon on the day of arrival. If you need an early check-in, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

To check in, you’ll need to provide a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license) If you have a reservation, please have your confirmation number ready.

Yes, we may require a security deposit or pre-authorization on your credit card to cover any incidental charges during your stay. The amount varies by your length of stay at our hotel and is refunded upon check-out, minus any charges incurred.

Price and cancellation

You can make a reservation through our website by clicking the “Book Now” button, or you can call our reservation team at +234 816 312 4111. We also accept reservations through booking@triplearesort.com or in person at the hotel. Please note that all reservations are only valid for 24hrs after which it is automatically cancelled if payment is not made
